overturn any convictions made against him as these various procedures take place?
Isn't that a reason for concern for those of us on the left
who loathe him and consider him a felon?
"Right or wrong" doesn't determine what is "OK" in the United States.
"Us or them" decides what's OK, depending on which is holding the power.
I'm not sure how anybody can live here long enough to reach adulthood and still not recognize this obvious fact.
I noticed you ran from the other thread?!?"Right or wrong" doesn't determine what is "OK" in the United States.

Untrue. Until very recently, like when Nixon was told by republicans to resign there was a national consensus that criminals should not be president.

There is no sure thing. Trump is a terrible person who committed crimes. The Supremes have to pretend they care about justice. They cannot give a bad criminal like Trump a pass. They would have to refuse to hear the case.

So there are no absolutes, no right or wrong, no law?
Basically, you’ve defined the right’s view of America, if is our way or the Highway, Trump is incapable of violating any law since law is defined by the individual, meaning in today’s world, Trump
Good point!
Trump will probably be convicted of enough stuff that he will spend the rest of his life in jail.
But yes, Trump will appeal every conviction, and ride them all the way to the Supreme Court.
But, he will go to jail, and have to appeal from jail! And he could also run out of lawyers to work with or be able to afford!
Even before considering SCOTUS, I was concerned that there might be just one trumpanzee on every jury to create mistrials with hung verdicts.
Now, it seems, there may be too many juries in which he's have to get lucky. Also, not many Trumpers in downtown DC. It's not Florida.
