Where did sailor go? Is he adjusting the throttle on his outboard motor? Apparently that is the only qualification needed to get a "marine engineer" patch on his Pokemon jacket.

Not sure how I missed this gem. It is a Maritime Officers License. Worth more than yours. Takes much more experience to obtain it and keep it. It also happens to be valid and respected worldwide, not just to some state. No need to be jealous.
