I watched a video of a lone cop, INSIDE THE CAPITOL, continuing to retreat from aggressive trespassers. I’m sure he feared for his life, but he never drew his weapon.
The incident where the woman was killed was videoed. The guy that recorded it said a cop was crying and saying to the rioters that he had a wife and children that he wanted to go home to.
These guys were in fear for their lives.
