The NRA wants the ATF to restrict bump stocks so they can have something to blame the massacre at Vegas on.
They know that the culprit is semiautomatic weapons...The know the kind of legislation that is coming.

I guess that depends on if they're nieve about the difference between semi-auto and full-auto the way you are. I would hope that they're intelligent people like myself and know that semi-auto and full-auto are not the same thing.

In bump fire the trigger is never "pulled" ...
The trigger, along with the rest of the gun bumps forward against the stationary finger.

With the new bump fire techniques that gunmen all over the U S are using, the bright line that once separated semi auto from full auto have become fuzzy and blurred.
In the right hands, both types of guns can fire at similar rates of rounds per minute, making semi auto guns a bigger threat than they ever were before.
You like to repeat that I do not know the difference between semi and full auto, but I have shown that I absolutely do. So you are just trying to be an asshole. That's okay. I already know that you are.
The two kinds of weapons have not changed but how they are used and thus the differences between them have.
The more you accept that fact, the less the changes in gun regulations that are coming will surprise you.
