Woman murdered her boyfriend with frying pans, no bump stock was used.

No shit...
He can fire automatic with a semiautomatic weapon by technique alone.
That is the point.

But he wasn't firing like an automatic; because he had to pull the trigger each time.

How many times does the difference need to be explained to you; before your ability to recognize your fallacies kick in?

How many rounds per second do you suppose he was able to get off?

Doesn't matter; because a semi-auto firearm will only fire if the trigger is pulled every single time, whereas an Automatic firearm will fire continuously with one pull until the trigger is released.

This is FACT and you are unable to change that FACT. :good4u:

Are you going to "essentially" outlaw a "technique", ballistic Bucky?

No one can "un-ring" the bell.
The knowledge is out there...
I am not going to outlaw anything.
But congress just might.
The distinction between semi automatic and full automatic has been blurred to the point where it is a mere technicality as to how it is achieved.
If full auto is illegal for a good reason, then semi auto now has the same good reason.
Paddock and hoplomaniac YouTubes like this one have opened a can of worms that the NRA and the ATF can never close.

So you say, Ballistic Bucky.

Good luck with that.

That is no longer true if the correct techniques are employed.
No one can pull a trigger as fast as a properly bump fired weapon can shoot.
The finger stays still and the recoil and release of recoil moves the gun forward against the trigger finger at a rate impossible for a finger muscle to twitch.
When done well, any easily and cheaply bought gun can approach and sometimes match the reciprocal frequency of a mechanically, full auto, (illegal) weapon.
The bright line that once separated full auto from semi auto has been blurred by clever gunmen...
The question is, will the laws change to meet this change in distinction.

The NRA has read the writing on the wall. They know that semi auto restrictions are soon coming, with the way gunmen are figuring out ways around limitations of semiautomatic weapons. Why do you think they have entertained the idea of regulating bump stocks?
When have they ever entertained the idea of regulating anything?
They are trying to use the bump stock as a boogie man to blame the high mortality of the Las Vegas massacre on, when they know it is a flaw in the design of all semiautomatic weapons that is to blame.
The game has changed.

What is this so called flaw design?

Are you pressing you Representatives for an outright gun ban?

Are you willing to die for your cause?

So now you've retracted your comments, where Congress would "essentially ban them, to now "just might". :good4u:

You do realize that you just admitted that the trigger must "essentially" be pulled, for every shot from a semi-auto.

See, I knew you would finally understand.

Thank you :good4u:

I always did. You just can't get past the fact that new shooting techniques, that I have shown here, have changed all your preconceived notions of what makes a semiautomatic weapon different from a full automatic weapon.
The distinctions have blurred.
