NY won't be the last either. This is what Trump and the GOP have been dreaming of since this COVID outbreak started. Any excuse they can use to cancel elections, they will use it.
Step 1: Delay or cancel primaries (already happened)
Step 2: Oppose mail-in balloting by destroying the post office (already happening)
Step 3: Cancel the general election out of concerns for "safety"; concerns that could have been addressed, if not for Step #2.
1. Nowhere do you use the word "try" to cancel. It is always "cancel."
2. Trump and the GOP did not cancel the NY primary. State law dictated it.

You're still avoiding the topic. Again, being woke isn't some abstract concept (though many here act like it is). I'm offering a major concrete real life example of our racist history and how even those who profess to be woke fight to continue it. And that's just one example. Someone simply thinking because they don't use the N*word and vote Democratic that somehow they are woke and that's what matters is sadly mistaken.
And we could down a whole list of topics from reparations, eliminating LSAT & MCAT testing, eliminating merit based high schools and on and on and argue what is the woke and non racist position but its not about that of course. But we don't because it's the virtue signal that matters.
NY state did not cancel the GOP primary in 2020...it doesn't have that power.
The NY GOP canceled the primary, which state law allowed them to do.
State election officials delayed the Democratic Primary because of COVID, but they didn't cancel the GOP one.

Nobody is 100% woke, that's for sure.... it would be like someone claiming to be perfect. I never met anyone who claimed that. I hold firm, we can be imperfect and still promote improvement or even striving for perfection. We do not have to be 100% "woke" to promote ending racism.
Really what assholes like cawacko and Flash hate about "woke" is that it gives space to voices that people like cawacko and Flash would otherwise ignore or dismiss.
They want to continue to control the public space, who can speak there and what they can speak, because they know they did nothing to earn that control, but they think they're entitled to it.
So, you changed your mind from what you said on 4/8 to what you said on 4/27. Did you think you were wrong about "try" to cancel and changed that to "cancel"?

Nobody knows which one you actually meant since you constantly change your arguments.
You clearly said on April 27 that Trump would "cancel the election." That was just different from what you said previously. Sounds wishy-washy.

I notice that with you a lot...you copy things but you don't source them or link to them so we can all see what was actually said and when it was said. Again, more of the "take my word for it".
So I started that thread because of the GOP canceling primaries, which they did, and then I laid out what I thought would be the next steps...but again, I never said they would succeed, just that they would attempt.
I said TRY TO cancel the election...you left off the try to because you want my judgment to be as bad as yours.
As you can see in the actual quotes from the actual posts, that I'd been saying they would try to cancel the election since March 2020.
So how come you didn't link to that post? Because then it would establish that I had always thought they would try to cancel the election.
