The school board is judging him by skin color and not content of bad character.

Here's the thing:

even if people like volsrock and Earl somehow make a valid point in the midst of all the mindless drivel that they post,

don't they diminish the point by themselves being it's source?



In any case, teachers belong to a union.
It's not easy to fire them,
nor should it be easy to fire somebody in a union.

The offending represented employee must have been documented for having done something wrong
and have been formally warned about it,
and then maybe you could fire them the next time,
depending on how good a case you can make before the labor board.

With union workers, this applies for virtually any kind of offense not involving violence or serious theft.
You can lay them off by seniority, but not easily fire them.

If we weren't a socially regressive nation, the average person would know this.
