At this point I agree about 95%. I think perhaps 5 % of Republicans are delusional about the evil of that party, not actually seeing that they are evil. 95 % know full well.
I am confident in my assessment that the Republican party is not merely racist, authoritarian, and selectively representing only the interests of whites and rich,
but are in fact what can only be described as "evil", in the same sense you can ascribe that to Iran, or North Korea, or Russia, or Venezuela.

If by some miracle Trump were to be reelected despite all this, I would be 100% with you, and would in fact completely totally support
secession of my state California, from the USA. I REFUSE, to be ruled by a patently corrupt and incompetent potus and a party
who pisses on my face, and effectively says "fuck you the rules don't apply to us."

I will give this country until November to decide exactly what it thinks it is. These fascist, racist POS HAVE to be shoved off the stage.
I am however, confident at this point Trump will be blown out of office and we will take over the senate and increase the margins in the House.

Then maybe the House should have allowed the Republicans to question the witnesses that the House called and allowed the other side to call witnesses.

That's nice, but we're talking about the trial, not the hearings. Most Americans want witnesses in the trial and the Republicans blocking that makes Trump look even more guilty.
