Personally I don't support Obama and if Romney wasn't such a republican, Obama would be the reason that i might have supported him.
Okay, Rick Scott. Honestly. I don't support either but I am tired of them trying to fix elections here and it might be enough to make me vote for Obama.

Why? What's the point? I can list a laundry list of items. His supporters will agree and the opponents will ridicule anything said about the mans positive accomplishments.
The main reason I'm voting for Obama is a took a solemn oath before God to support whichever President who took out Bin Ladin for re-election.
But it's not hard to justify voting for Obama considering how far to the right and extreme the Republicans have become. Besides, it's also a moot point. How can Republican build a competent ruling coalition of a hand full of plutocrats and a whole bunch of poorly educated angry white rednecks? Dems have their own weak points but at least their not the ignorant fuckups that Republicans are.
The fact is, neither party is trustworthy because we've allowed our primary system to create a situation that only those on the extremes can get elected. Is the solution a third party? Naaa, Libertarians have a platform that's a self fullfilling prophecy for inept government. Chaos light.
No, what we need to do is reform our closed primary system into an open runoff primary system where the primary candidates who get the most votes compete in a runoff election for office. That way sane, competent and reasonable peole can get elected to public office.

Even if we use unemployment as a metric, the economy is worse. Unemployment was 7.8% when Obama took office. It is now 8.3%, not including the people that have given up looking for a job.

The direction of the economy is what I am concerned about, when the president took office we were losing jobs every quarter, we are currently adding jobs every quarter.
The stock market is way up from when he took office.
Interest rates are incredably low.
What indicates the direction has not gotten better... nothing.
