Wisconsin GOP's stand could reverberate elsewhere

Unfortunately, I do not see any Reagan-II, or anyone even approaching, waiting on the sidelines. But the U.S. is in desperate need of a leader - a real leader that can rally the people - even opposition - into a flurry of motion and optimism. That was Reagan's greatest strength. A strength our society desperately needs at this point.
Actually I think Reagan's greatest weakness was compromising too much. He failed to stop the growth of government. I want Reagan II to reverse the growth of government.

If the humiliation of losing to the Republicans was not bad enough, Gov. Walker also kicked them in the nuts as well.

Governor privately signs redistricting bill during election day

Madison - As elections took place Tuesday in six state Senate districts, Gov. Scott Walker privately signed legislation to redraw their boundaries along with the remaining legislative districts.
Walker waited until nearly the last possible moment to announce he had signed the legislation, which will give Republicans an advantage in the upcoming 2012 elections for both the Legislature and Congress.

I think the most significant lesson learned in Wisconsin is that out of a population of 5.2 million, approximately 325,000 people voted in the recall elections......
