Texas woman arrested for allegedly giving birth, flushing fetus in Whataburger toilet

Police say Mallori Patrice Strait, 33, arrived at a San Antonio-area Whataburger around noon Dec. 19. She was in the lobby for about two hours before going to the restroom, where she stayed for another two hours, police say.

The restaurant's manager checked on Strait "due to her making noises inside of the stall." The manager did this several times, brought her a drink of water and told her she needed to leave, an arrest affidavit says.

Eventually, the manager became concerned for Strait's well-being and called the police, according to KSAT.

Bexar County sheriff's deputies responded and began questioning Strait, who was allegedly uncooperative.

Deputies contacted emergency services, notifying them of "human like material in the restroom."

The Converse Fire Department arrived at the scene and tried to render life-saving care to the infant while Strait was detained. The arrest affidavit reports Strait said: "I'm not selfish."

How twisted must your mind be to think women commit more murders than men?

If I'd said I thought that, Salty Walty, you'd have a point.

Since I didn't, you don't.

Have you ever been told that you suffer from mental retardation at any time in your life, to the best of your recollection?

REMEMBER KIDS, IF A WOMAN IS SILENT IT COULD MEAN THAT SHE'S VIOLENT

Woman arrested at her home by Vernon County Sheriff’s deputy, after someone called saying they had not communicated with her lately

Stacie Lynn Welter was arrested Monday, after reportedly coming to the door with an aluminum baseball bat and later a metal rod, when sheriff’s deputies arrived to check on her wellbeing.

The sheriff’s department reported a person who is in regular contact with Welter, had not “been able to communicate with her,” for around a week, and that there was snow in her driveway and her dogs were outside “at large.”

A deputy went to the 41-year-old’s home Monday and noticed the front door had a broken window.

As police approached, Welter reportedly came to the front door while holding the baseball bat.

After putting the bat down, Welter allegedly picked up a metal rod and “raised it while advancing toward the deputy,” the report said. That’s when they tased Welter and took her into custody.

During a brief court hearing, a judge found probable cause to bring charges against Welter.

The sheriff’s department said Welter refused medical treatment, then was booked for “first degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting or obstructing an officer, felony bail jumping, and prisoner throwing or expelling bodily fluids.”
