Then the jury would have had to chose between the conflicting testimony. He would have controverted her testimony.

I doubt it would have made much difference to the trump haters on the jury. A rational person would question the veracity of any claim when then supposed victim cant even tell you in what year it supposedly happened and even more so for rape. But your telling me they couldn't question it because no one challenged the claim. They are either complete morons or as I said trump haters. Maybe it's both.

When I asked that question I had assumed it was in NY state court. (I found out they do not allow cameras either)

I’ve only ever had 4 federal cases, I dislike federal court. Too many rules and because they have lifetime appointments some are huge assholes. I like the friendly State courts where I know the judges.

Actually, you affirmatively claimed they were Trump haters. Then you contradicted yourself by giving two options. it is good though, that you seem educable, it appears that you learned out of court statements do not controvert sworn testimony. Good job.

Yesterday, or the day before you learned that sworn testimony is evidence, I was impressed by that also.

Even the DeSantis judges are friendly, because in Florida they still have to stand for election, it they stay long enough.

I really don’t mind the rare occasion when a judge rules against me, as long as they are not an ass about it.

I learned years ago that in the state court, if a judge is rude to you, just be rude back. Works like a charm, if they know you weren’t taking their shit, they become much easier to work with.

Strangely enough, Trump, has never become an issue in any of my cases.

You ignored the point which means you can't think. Reasonable people would question the veracity of an asinine claim like this gold digging cow made. Reasonable people dont need to hear from the defendant when a plaintiff says something happened but can't even say in what year it supposedly happened. So again they are utter morons or trump haters and very likely both.

I understood your point, and even if one questions, the veracity of a claim, when it’s uncontroverted, it’s difficult for a jury to go against it.

Yeah Federal courts generally don't let the lawyers have free rein. You first clue should have when they said the judge was appointed by Obama.
