Correct. If Trump were convicted of rape it would beyond a reasonable doubt not by the preponderance of the evidence. If Trump were convicted of a rape he would have to register as a sex offender and would have a felony conviction. That is not the case. This is in NY where the jury pool and some judges hate Trump so he is playing against a stacked deck.

He will not be convicted of rape in a criminal sense. He might be found guilty of rape in a civil sense.

Exactly. A 30 year old claim of rape just before he announces a run for the presidency. Where have we seen this tactic before? Justice kavanaugh? They don't even have the decency to try a different tactic. They think no one will notice.
A lot of them discuss this case not even knowing what it’s about.

Can you give me a plausible reason that she didn't cry out and alert store personnel. This same woman claims she was raped by another rich man in an elevator. Again she alerted no one. She didn't submit to a rape exam in either case. I guess if you are going to get raped make sure the guy has money. Or maybe she just has a rape fantasy.
I am shocked at how ignorant they are of the justice system. One said its a hearing not a trial.
I believe that there are women who would be too afraid to cry out in such a situation.

What we do know is you have already decided trump is guilty yet you have the nerve to accuse me of having already deciding he didn't. You only think you know what I've decided. I would try to point out the incongruence to you but you're 10 years old.

You accused me of it and you do think he's guilty. It's the pretending your type does that I dislike most of all. My opinion is I dont give a shit if he did or did not rape her, just like you. If a jury finds him guilty then he will pay the price. If not he will walk. That's all that matters .
Cool 'nuff. I still believe that calling it a "rape trial" is a piece of yellow journalism meant to drive opinion, but hey, it fits your opinion so have at it. It won't change much about it. The only place I hear about it is on this website, but then I am currently on my computer almost exclusively as I redo my certifications. My wording here is about how I say things.
