Will Trump be Reelected via Electoral College or via 12th Amendment ?

January 6 is to count the electoral votes. Votes cannot be counted until the electors have already voted.
Jan 6th is when the electoral college votes.
Pence does not declare electoral votes,
No one said he did, except you.
he only counts those with a mere certificate in an envelope.
Which envelope?
Pence would be acting unconstitutionally to declare the electoral vote differently from those already cast.
Not all States have chosen their electoral college yet. They have filed Contested.
"The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;"
Certificates are not opened.
The only denial is you refusing to believe Biden will be elected. Sorry you will be disappointed about the "glorious victory."
A successful coup by the Democrats is not a glorious victory.
Name a state which has not yet chosen its electors.
Already did. RQAA. So far, it is GA, PA, MI, AZ, WI, NV, and NM.

Currently, it looks like GA is going to choose Republican electors.
AZ looks like it might also, but seems to be further away from actually choosing.

Then you show the damn proof.
RQAA.
Nobody else has done a thing. They are just like you, repeating a hoax over and over. You cannot wish them into existence.
Denial of evidence. Denial of history.
All states certified the electoral college votes.[/QUOTE
States do not certify electoral college votes. At least seven States haven't even chosen their electoral college members yet.
Next week, they will COUNT them in a ceremony.
Jan 6th is the vote.
Where do you get these lies you keep typing?
The Constitution and current federal and State laws. It is not a lie. RQAA.

The Trump cabal has distilled down to the few who are seriously deranged. His lawyer, Lin Wood asked if Roberts had anything to do with Scalia's death. Then asks if he is a member of a club that requires a young boy for admission. Rudy is acting like he is looney making horrible and poorly crafted arguments in court. Trump is down to them because his real lawyers fled the insane cases and knowing Trump cheats them out of their pay.
Pence has no such powers that rightys claim. He is going to read the votes and they will be entered. Can you imagine what a mess it would be if he had the power to declare the election void and install his choice? The VP would have the power to negate elections. That is an incredible power. It is not in any constitution, ever.
Why are rightys not ashamed of saying these crazy things and been proven wrong? Can they learn?

Pence does have this authority and this responsibility. See Article I of the Constitution.

Nope. Seven have filed Contested. Looks like Georgia and Arizona are going to change their mind and send Republican electors.

Filing contested doesn't change the facts that all the electors cast their electoral votes in Georgia which were certified. They voted 16-0 for Biden. States can substitute their own electors in the case of a "failed" election, but that had to be completed by December 8. It is too late for any state to change its mind.

Contextomy fallacy. Lists are not not electors.

Correct. A list is not electors. A list is the number of electors received by each candidate on December 14.

The South loves lost causes.

Georgia has not yet chosen its electors? Yet, here they are:

Nikema Williams, Democratic Party of Georgia Chair, State Senator, Congressmember-elect
Stacey Abrams, former Georgia House Minority Leader, activist
Bob Trammell, outgoing State Representative
Steve Henson, State Senator
Calvin Smyre, State Representative
Van R. Johnson, Mayor of Savannah
Wendy Davis - City Council, Rome GA
Gloria Butler, State Senator
Deborah Gonzalez, District Attorney-elect of Western Judicial Circuit, former State Representative
Bobby Fuse - Civil Rights Activist; Chair, 2nd District Democrats
Sachin Varghese - Attorney, Georgia Democratic Party
Fenika Miller - Houston County Democratic Party, Chair of 8th Congressional District Democrats
Pedro Marin, State Representative
Rachel Paule - Chair, Georgia Young Democrats, Sandy Springs
Cathy Woolard, former Atlanta City Council member
Ben Myers - Political Affairs Director, IBEW, Duluth GA

They cast their 16 electoral votes for Biden when the electoral college met on December 14.

The electoral college cannot meet on January 6 when only members of Congress are assembled. You can't have an electoral college without electors. On January 6 they only count the electoral votes already cast.

A State can change it's mind all the way to Jan 6th. GA has not yet chosen it's electors.

Currently, it looks like GA is going to choose Republican electors.

"An unusual joint statement Tuesday by Gov. Brian Kemp, Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan and House Speaker David Ralston — all Republicans — declined calls for a special legislative session on election issues.

“Any changes to Georgia’s election laws made in a special session will not have any impact on an ongoing election and would only result in endless litigation,” the statement said.

The Georgia General Assembly is not scheduled to convene until Jan. 11 — well after the electors meet in state capitols around the country to formally vote for president on Dec. 14."

I doubt there will be objections. Rather it will go the Jeffersonian route.

This is the most likely avenue that will be taken. The states who behaved unconstitutionally (ignored the legislatures and had their governors
and state attorneys general coordinate to change the rules themselves as they went along)
did a grave disservice to their citizens. Their actions
will cause those illegal votes to be discarded. Their states will be disqualified because they ran an unconstitutional election. The left's voters can go
and riot and set fires to those states' pols' homes and property for what they did to them.
With the high probability of both Trump and Biden not reaching the 270 mark, it will go to the legislatures where the remaining states who held
constitutional elections with legal votes will each give their 1 solitary vote and Trump would win.
We'll see.

I've got a better idea. Congress can just respect the results of the election and electoral college, and affirm Biden's victory. He can be inaugurated and be our real President for at least the next 4 years.

But that doesn't mean all is lost for Trump. He can stay on the golf course, and people around him can just pretend he's still President. He'll never know the difference, and he doesn't do anything, anyway. He can even have a rally once in awhile.

Everyone's happy.

The deadline for voting was December 14th.
December 14th wasn't any sort of deadline for the State legislatures. The only date that matters is January 6th ... which clearly has not yet happened.

On that date, Biden got 306 votes, which means he has won.
Au contraire mon frère, Biden will not receive 306 votes on January 6th. You need to get your tense right.

I will seriously reevaluate my world view if I am wrong,
Bullshit. You are formulating some lame excuse as we speak (as it were). It doesn't matter how much I correct your misconception, cite the Constitution, or tell you that Biden will not (future tense) receive 306 votes at the January 6th vote. It just doesn't matter. You cannot be forthwith reasoned and you certainly will not admit to being a mindless zombie who OBEYS whatever the DNC tells you to believe.

This is why I have been querying Leftists as to what lame excuses you all plan on making. Hasn't the DNC been preparing you with excuse talking points? The DNC is well aware that Biden is going to lose on January 6th but we both know that they aren't going to be honest with their mindless base who is too intellectually lazy to do any independent research on their own. Whatever the DNC says is what reality is ... and no, you are never going to question that. You are an obedient Leftist standing in solidarity with yout party.

So where will you be when you have your meltdown, what will you be wearing and who do you have lined up to capture it all on video?

You are so stubbornly and proudly wrong.
You are stubbornly and proudly wrong. You should have learned your tenses back in the fourth grade (or thereabouts).

You will see (future tense) when Georgia votes on January 6th (future tense) that Georgia's electoral votes will not go to Biden (future tense). All of your babbling about the future, i.e. January 6th, as though it somehow already happened on December 14th (i.e. in the past tense) should be your clue that you screwed the pooch somewhere along the line.

The bottom line is that you will be (future tense) himming and hawing on January 7th and having a difficult time explaining how Biden did not receive the 306 electoral votes that you claimed he had already received (past tense). Don't worry, I'll remind you.

Yet, here are their names and all 16 cast their electoral votes for Biden and Harris. Those votes will be counted January 6.

You are a few weeks behind reality.

You are shooting for maximum embarrassment. Excellent. Go for broke!

Your meltdown will be extraordinary!
