Something is up locally. We have been receiving our mail as late as after 5:30 PM for the last couple of weeks.
And the mail carrier we've had for many years, on the route I'm on, has recently changed.
I asked the new postman what was up- He said the management in Washington has taken steps to actually slow down the mail, and now it is seriously getting backed up, and they don't have enough employees now to handle the daily mail accordingly.
I asked him what happened to the weekly Grocery Store sales adds that we have always gotten, and he said that the management made a decision to not deliver those and other advertisements anymore. He said it had to do with certain classes of mail they are deliberately dropping for no expressed reason.
