Will the death of R v W kill the Republicans chances?

It is a medical decision. Period. In the unlikely event that Roe v Wade is completely overturned, it will then be up to the individual states to define the legality of abortion in their jurisdictions. Some may very well term it "murder." In others it will be legal, up to a clearly-defined point. In still others it will be as it should be -- a grave and carefully-considered decision between a woman and her physician.

In the end, you fascist do-gooders will not end it. You'll merely end one of the biggest draws the QOP has for its voters.
We will have to agree to disagree but I will not call you a fascist...or a supporter of the murder of unborn children.

Post a link proving this is not a part ofg the case?

"The issue of such exceptions is not being considered by the S.Ct."

Exceptions for adoption was discussed by Justice Barrett.

She did not suggest she would make exceptions for adoption, she argued that by prohibiting abortion they are not forcing women to care for unwanted children, because adoption is an option.

Read the briefings from the Supreme Court case, there is not an exception clause in the law they are deciding on. Its not my fault if you cant understand basic law.

That's good, because neither one are true. Fascists are the ones who want to strip civil liberties from the citizens. They also enjoy twisting the meanings of words like "murder" in order to criminalize those who they wish to control.

If the QOP really did care about human life and the pursuit of happiness, every last one of them would be onboard with the social safety net legislation pending in DC. But they are not -- because they only use abortion as a dog whistle, not as an actual moral stance.

Did it have any affect on their bodies?

They were not aborted...murdered.

EXCEPTION-"the act of excepting or the fact of being excepted. something excepted; an instance or case not conforming to the general rule. an adverse criticism, especially on a particular point; opposition of opinion; objection; demurral: a statement liable to exception

MS. Barrett certainly made clear that is was an exception to the argument that it places an undue burden on the mother.

Perhaps if it does, she should not get pregnant.

The social net legislation that gives 450K to illegals (non-citizens)?

It is a moral stance with most of the pro-life Catholics in my parish.

You are stretching, that is not what you were talking about when you said the S. Ct. would allow for exceptions. The exception of adoption is currently and already LEGAL!

450k to Illegals? Tell the truth if you want to be taken more seriously.

Good for them. If they don't like abortion, then they shouldn't have one.

The problem with the Official Catholic Reproduction View is birth control. They don't support that either (even though the vast majority of European and American Catholic women use it). If you don't want abortion, then stop fussing about b.c. It prevents the necessity for terminating a pregnancy, eh?

In a very sharp and clear way, this could be a good thing for democrat voters and here's why....the SC wants states to decide on a woman's right to choose....the same very states, these lame duck sorry negro's and white trash cans ignore when its time to vote locally...what better way to get these lot of creatures off the couch, out of their trailers than to vote for something that is fundamentally their right? They took away their votes, stripped em of all the social safety nets dem's provided, said the hell with mask and clean water etc etc etc and still got elected to office now this....if they chose once again to look the other way and let the GOP in charge, I say the hell with em all and fuck em.

Murder is not a right!

Last time I checked, and with this court it might change, we are not all required to be Catholic anymore.

It's been their driving issue now for almost 50 years. A lot of (R) voters, esp. during the #TRE45ON campaigns, focused solely on abortion and swallowed their disgust at the candidate. Take that away and what do they have? Bupkes.

Lie we do not like abortion or communism!

Try to keep up.

"The Biden administration is reportedly considering payouts of $450,000 to each person separated from their family at the southern border. A Wall Street Journal report on the potential settlements sparked outrage from some, drawing comparisons to 9/11 compensation. If the settlements happen, the federal government would award money for claims that U.S. government policies left the border crossers with lasting psychological effects. Since the deal would be per person and those crossing the border generally included a parent and child, the total per family could approach $1 million. Approximately 940 families have reportedly filed claims, but how many people will be eligible is not yet clear. The ACLU and others filed lawsuits alleging that thousands of children and parents impacted by the Trump administration’s zero-tolerance policy have mental health effects from the prolonged trauma."

There's a good workable solution. Let's draft legislation mandating that all American boys must have a reversible vasectomy at age 12. We the taxpayers will pay for the reversal surgery once the young man can demonstrate that he's mature and financially able to provide for offspring.

After all, there is no burden too onerous to save embryos, right?

He drinks a lot?

God allows us to make choices good, or bad! Just like if he wants this changed it will get changed! People make bad choices, the Judges at the time made a bad choice based on emotion. The attorneys lied about the number of women dying, 10 times the correct number to sway the judges!
