Will president Obama be tested by the bullies of the world?

Abreast of the situations
Was just reading how Gaddafi was talking rubbish about Obama saying he has an inferiority complex of his black origins. I started thinking how alot of the world bullies have pretty much put there heads down with bush as president.

I am wondering not if but when Obama gets tested as the new president what he will do.
 
As American President people are going to call him names.

Nobody is going to beat up the biggest kid in the playground though. I think Obama will manage somehow.
 
I wouldn't say anyone has "put their head down" under Bush. This has been as violent & confrontational a period of time as I can remember as far as America's relations with the rest of the world.

As for Obama, I don't think he's likely to curl into the fetal position if anything happens...

Who has put their heads down Chap? You mean like Chavez totally owning bush at the Un, with his Diablo speech, which the whole world laughed at?
I think you are looking at this from the wrong angle, personally.

Sounds like hes a racist.

This little dweeb will shut his mouth when Obama heads the strongest military in the world and doesnt have it completely tied up in a failed war.

I would agree with that. While I disagree with some of his policies, Obama is a natural leader. Perhaps a bit green, but he is intelligent and has a strength of character that will make him a good leader. Petty crap like Ghaddafi's statement will not likely phase him.

To forecast into how the world will respect him one can look at how he's percieved around the world today. It appears that a majority of nations and their leaders think highly of Obama. I was surprised by the high esteem he's given by Germans.

Without question he will be able to visit leaders all over the world without having tens of thousands of people outside protesting his visit, ala Bush.

He will be an adult at the helm of the greatest power in the world.

Something this world is sorely needing.

Re-read the post of yours I quoted...seems to me that you were saying Obama would not take it and send the troops to take care of Kadafi since they would not be tied up in Iraq!:rolleyes:
