Police say a father whose infant son died after being left in a parked car in the Phoenix summertime heat is suspected of smoking marijuana at the time.

Sgt. Tommy Thompson said late Thursday that 31-year-old Daniel Bryant Gray was being booked into jail, charged with manslaughter and child abuse.

personal accountability. the government doesn't have a responsibility to tell us how to live safely, only to punish us for our negligent actions that cause harm.

I think I would kill myself for such an act, but being honest, I can't beleive he just forgot the child. Stoned, or drunk.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to this story.

Children are killed all the time because of prohibition. Your example is no reason to keep drug cartels in business.
