Why you can't draw great conclusions from the Ukraine videos.

You are now putting words in my mouth.

All I am saying in this thread - in essence - is that we cannot deduce ANYTHING from little snippets of videos coming from almost-exclusively, BIASED, Ukrainian sources (there are few/no Russian citizens around to take videos of the battles on their phones).
Also, the Ukrainians use the SAME equipment that the Russians do (or variations on the equipment).
Most people cannot tell the difference between a Ukrainian T-64 and a Russian T-90.

We will see after the war what all of this data means.

And we cannot deduce much from it right now.

You want to make HUGE deductions based on tiny, pieces of information?
Go right ahead.

I will choose to wait until the war is long over and cooler heads have prevailed.

Good day.

I mean - what is your point?

Are we being too sympathetic about the millions of refugees and countless lives ruined because of this war of choice from one man?

My point is in the video.
And in my post you just quoted.

This thread has NOTHING to do with who are the bad guys and good guys in the war.
Or who is winning or going to win.
NOTHING.
Yet you people insist on making those the focus like persons with one-track minds.

This thread - AND the video - is ENTIRELY about the pointlessness of making blanket deductions about the capabilities of various weapons systems and military tactics being employed...based on tiny snippets of biased information that is filtering out of the war zone.
That is it.

That is as simple as I can accurately phrase it.

If you people STILL do not get it...whatever.

Bye now.

Me too. Thanks.

Nevertheless, you seem to favor the wackadoodles on the Qanon side.
And you make the exact same mistake the Far Left here make. If I don't constantly say bad things about Trump I must support him.
I was a big supporter of Ron Paul when he ran as a republican back in the day.
I'm registered as a card carrying Libertarian since '99.
If there were a Not Democrat Party I'd no doubt belong to that even tho' there's a few of their policies I actually support, but mostly I consider them to have loony policies. Repubs have their share of NJ's but their policies are mostly sound, IMHO.

That is a very huge thing to be wrong about.

It turns out Biden was the steely-eyed realist about Vlad Putin, while you were swallowing KGB propaganda, hook line and sinker.

Biden & Co.'s intelligence assessment of Putin's intentions and actions on Ukraine are arguably the greatest American intelligence success story of the 21st century.

Sure! Like the way he handled Afghanistan! Holy Fuck! Your stupidity is absolutely astounding!

Afghanistan?

You mean the 20-year unnecessary war that Biden finally ended with minimal casualties?

Biden ended it with 100 or so needless casualties, because him and his staff are fucking idiots and hate America.

13 Servicemen died, the number of Aghanis was close to 100, all in the same blast.

None of it had to happen. Biden's ignorance and arrogance caused that.

13 americans needlessly blown up are "minimal casualties" 'eh?
I guess more could have been blown up - that would make it "minimal"

All casualties are tragic. But it's a war situation - which Biden DID NOT START, btw.

I always find it kind of amazing when righties focus almost exclusively on the 'major' losses from our withdrawal from Afghanistan, or Benghazi - and then ignore the thousands lost due to Republican foreign policy decisions.

Afghanistan was an unstable, war-torn country, and we got out. The idea that it was supposed to be seamless and smooth is mind-boggling, and ignores the whole of history.

Link your posts decrying the thousands lost from poor decisions to invade Iraq & get into Afghanistan in the first place.

Most of the ones on this board seem to be as completely incompetent as Thomas Binger.
And you're a Far Left loon. We don't need or want your type infecting our Party but thanks for voting for us.
One time he said he was a "Goldwater Republican"
I asked WTF is that and he came up with some bullshit about the way we were

There is no doubt he's a leftist -
his posts constantly jerking Trump with minimal or no critique of Biden says it all.

And now he'll call me a Russian cocksucker - this is the depth (shallowness) of his abilities
He's a troll - nothing more or less

I wasn't here when that happened, sweetie. If I was to, it would be on a different forum.

Actually when Afghanistan started? I was nowhere near a political messageboard.

I was just weaning away from AOL. Bush was FOS with the "WMD" and invasion.

The fucking dumbass. Hussein kept Iran in check, and dumb Dubya disrupted that balance.

complete trash
The Taliban offered operational control of Kabul - nevermind the mistake of using Kabul airport instead of bagram

I was against Iraq and Libya and arming Syrian rebels - same as Ron Paul -and many Trump Republicans
Trump set up a stable Afghan for his last 18 months - no Americans killied in combat.
Biden gets them blown up because they had to venture outside the airport gates

We would have needed 5,000+ to secure Bagram.

Are you a Reagan guy?

Reagan was OK, but while Reagan was pres, it was H.W. Bush running the show a lot of the time.

IMO, H.W. Bush had Reagan shot early into his presidency so he could run things.

Absolutely the last 2-3 years of Reagan it was H.W. Bush running things. Reagan had Alzheimers for 2-3 years of his 2nd term.

That's right! I know the history of all this.

Biden wasn't much better with his plan to partition Iraq -weakening Iraq and allowing "colonization" by Iran

But Dubya gets the booby prize.. thatnkfully Republicans are geting past the war mongers.
McCain is dead. Lindsey Graham is still insane

The neocons all became neolibs. Nuland ,Frum, and the rest of that cabal
