Why won't radicalized extremists celebrate President Obama's killing of Bin Laden?

I gave him credit for it.

My point was that killing bin Laden wasn’t going to change anything. Not long after, we had ISIS.

And guess what. We can literally obliterate every last ISIS thug in Syria and not only still be stuck there because of the Kurds—but it won’t change anything.

Because Radical Islam is an ideology that is bigger than ISIS.

Wasn’t going to change anything? How about changing any terrorist attacks Bin Laden could plan in the future. You think he was retired after 9/11?

And it isn't really about changing anything. It was about bringing him to justice. Something your Bush Jr refused to do.

I applauded the justice aspect.

But Bush was right—justice was about all you were going to get out of killing OBL. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn’t understand radical Islam.

As evidence, I give you ISIS. Wipe ISIS out—then rinse and repeat.

Iraq just decreed Christmas a national holiday by law.

Our intelligence reported that Bin Laden was in the process of planning his next terrorist attack when President Obama killed him. So there you go.

Also, if justice is all we were going to get, isn't that enough? We got justice for terrorists Dylan Roof, Jim David Adkisson, James Fields and Jeremy Christian.
Isn't that enough for you? What else could we do to satisfy you? Seems like you're trying to downplay the event because your radicalized right wing tendencies are forcing you to give President Obama as little credit as possible.

And Bush Jr was not right. If Bin Laden was still alive, the radical muslims would be laughing at us, knowing they got away with the biggest terrorist attack on US soil in the history of America. Because of President Obama, justice was served and sent a message to all radicalized muslims that if you attack us, WE WILL SEEK JUSTICE.

That message was sent, by Bush, to the Taliban in Aghanistan.

And there were no other attacks on US soil by al Qaeda since. All the way through the Obama years. Whatever attack that was being planned by OBL, almost certainly, wasn’t going to be carried out by him personally. Makes you wonder how much of a plan it was.

The Islamic terrorism threat has been largely tamped down abroad by drones, military actions and security stuff we do here at home—and both Bush and Obama get credit/blame for drone use—depending on one’s outlook on drones.

Getting OBL *after* 9/11 was well, kind of late, but I’m glad we got him. We can discuss the late timing, but I doubt you’ll like the direction the discussion goes in. But Obama getting OBL didn’t matter much, strategically. It didn’t seem to have much effect on ISIS.

Apparently, Bush was right.

It's quite obvious you suffer from radicalized right wing tunnel vision. If President Obama cured Cancer, you'd be screaming "What took you so long?".
You don't want to debate. You just want to regurgitate your right wing anti-obama sound bites ad nauseum.
I've got better things to do.

Probably the same ratio of radical Muslims s there are radical Christians. Religion provides cover for crazy people.

I think this is the dumbest question every asked ....

We had ISIS long before Bin Laden was killed. I agree. It changed nothing, save for a bit of satisfaction of our blood lust.

But there will never be an end to those who wish to destroy us.

There is still a small but effective klan of them in the Tea Party caucus.

Stick around JPP long enough and you will find this isn't even in the top 10 dumbest things asked.

The OBL kill was such a no brainer order I cannot figured out why they spent over a year on the mission or paint it as a tough call. Hell if I were POTUS and there was a 33% chance OBL was in Buckingham Palace, King Charles would still be sending me unpaid bills for his mother's funeral.

What am I supposed to lol?

Dance a jig and celebrate ‘the end of terrorism’ because Obama killed Osama?

Well, there’s a risk things could have gone awry.

The Seal Team could have met severe resistance or whatever. Also, getting OBL was a political coup as much as anything. When viewed that way the risk/benefit equation could make it a tough call.

All of which have work arounds like multimillion dollar missile barrages.

It wasn't an end to terrorism.. It was justice ....

And a political coup for Obama.

Other than that, that’s about it. In fact, by rushing to the nearest tv camera to announce to the world he killed OBL, Obama gave all of OBL’s underlings a heads-up; and so they no doubt scattered to the four winds.

If he kept it a secret we could have droned them. Politics first, though.

Right?

President Obama had a dark skin and was totally superior to the posturing racists. You expect the KKK and the Nazis to celebrate him? Come ON! Heil Trumpf and Aryan supremacy (except in Iran, where they come from!)
