Sorry, but kneeling during the anthem doesn't prove any intentional disrespect.

Players have stated quite clearly that their intent isn't to disrespect the flag, but to call attention to a problem they believe needs to be addressed.

If you find the action disrespectful, then change the channel, but don't think you can dictate to others how they may protest.

Meh. Employer's call. Do you agree employees are subject to the terms of their employment? What if an employee wore a Confederate flag t-shirt to work. Should that be okay or just up to the employer?

Does your boss let you conduct political activities at work? Mine didn't. They got really upset when anyone made the company look back or brought politics or religion into the workplace.

Why should players have to find another way to protest?

Why shouldn't anyone who finds their protest "disrespectful" simply ignore it?

The issue here isn't whether anyone is offended or being hypocritical, it's that a certain segment of the population refuses to acknowledge the REAL REASON players are taking a knee during the anthem.

They lie about the motivations behind NFL player's actions so they can continue to demonize those who take a knee.

Why isn't it the issue? Then why can't they take their "protest" to the source of their complaints? That asshole Kaeperdick said he won't stand for the "FLAG" of a "COUNTRY..." Neither our flag nor this country did him or any one of those players any injustice. He/they are just rich privileged crybabies who were seeking attention. It cost them a lot of fans.
