The Mueller investigation is, as a whole, a fraud. Let's examine first when a Special Counsel is to be assigned:

The regulations set forth (28 C.F.R. 600.1) a three-part analysis for determining whether to appoint a special counsel. First, the Attorney General must determine that “criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted.” Then, he or she must determine whether investigation or prosecution of the “person or matter” by a U.S. Attorney’s Office or a Justice Department litigating division would present either “a conflict of interest for the Department” or “other extraordinary circumstances.” Finally, a further question is to be asked, namely, whether “it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.

Key words, "CRIMINAL investigation warranted".

Now look at Mueller's assignment:

Robert S. Mueller III is appointed to serve as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice.
(b) The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confined by then-FBI Director James B. Comey in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).
(c) If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters.
(d) Sections 600.4 through 600. l 0 of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations are applicable to the Special Counsel.

The primary reason for this investigation was "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump"

There is no crime in this. So basically, the investigation was purely a fishing expedition because someone people didn't like won an election. That is not what this country stands for and is about.

We do not investigate people simply because we don't like how an election went or because we don't like them. We investigate based on criminal activity that is believed to have occurred.

Now let's look at this section of the law:

Finally, a further question is to be asked, namely, whether “it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.

How is the public interest served by conducting basically a witch hunt to find a crime that has not been committed or that we even know about? This places the nation in a serious constitutional crisis as the investigation, which was perpetrated by a lie and fabricated dossier by an FBI Director clearly against this President, isn't remotely connected to criminal conduct.

This violates our Constitution in that it requires us to presume guilt before a crime has even been discovered or committed and suggests that an investigation can go anywhere it wants to find criminal activity without charges.

Is this the Third World Fascist method we want to set as a precedent?

No, "the primary reason for this investigation" wasn't "links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump," but rather, "to ensure a full and thorough investigation of the
Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election."

The Special Council was to get this done by taking over the "investigation confined by then-FBI Director James B. Comey" in Russian interference to include any coordination or contacts between Russia and the Trump campaign plus any matters that may arise in course of the investigation.

It is also false that no crime may have been committed. We knew Russia interfered, that in itself is a crime, and if an American assisted Russia in this endeavor, that would also be a crime.

The election crapola is pure radio rhetoric, it anyone says something critical of Trump, the demogogues quickly label it as an attempt to rewrite the results of the 2016 election, pure bullshit

Wrong again you dishonest low IQ moron; this investigation was started based on a non-criminal and biased claim that Russia somehow assisted the trump campaign which is why they won. It was based on a dossier bought and paid for by a competing campaign and used by criminal apparatchiks in the Justice Department who brazenly stated they had an alternate plan to derail this President.
