Yup, that's the one I would use for him. I mean, lacking energy is one thing, but if you're dealing with a guy who likes to regularly inappropriately touch little girls to the point where they are visibly uncomfortable with it, I'd base my nickname attack off of that instead...

"Dirty Don" could also be applicable to Trump in various ways, from a liberal standpoint anyway...
