Why now? The Ray Moore dilemma

Another comes out.

This question is in the air and I too will generally look for proof, 'innocent till proven guilty', the bedrock of our nation.

An answer that came to me on a particular question in all of this is, a statement question: They only came out now, it's all political, why come out now?

The thought, the answer I have to that is simple, Ray Moore is running for Senate, not local 'dog catcher' but a federal Senator. It brings a larger focus because Federal Senators are critical to making the laws of the ENTIRE nation.
That is why thins is becoming significant because at a certain point OUR nation is not a joke. Our government is not a joke and the more we are engaged in vetting those that represent us we are asking who will define our nation. For too long we've let our apathy and those filling the void define it now something different is happening. This is a challenging thing but a good thing.
Again the reason these women are coming out now is because this particular person could represent a Federal law maker and that makes it more important in this time than ever.

Occam's Razor would suggest that the simple explanation is WaPo wanted to put a spanner in the works, so they went down to Alabama to dig up some dirt to fling and hope that some stuck.

No Wapo just reports news. Someone else sent it to them to report. Again, as old as time, stop blaming the messenger it makes you look stupid.& get to the one putting out the message. It was a hit job in the establishment Republican party. It's clear to see if one stops being so stupid as to blame the messengers. I get that falls on deaf ears with you. It's sad nut then again you have a propensity to not actually pay attention to facts.

Why Now?

Because the Republicans dont want him and know it will harm them in 18'.
His positions regarding jailing homosexuals and government sponsored prayer are no longer acceptable to the Republicans on a national scale and they know it will be used against them in a large part of the Nation.

Trump should send Sessions back to his Senate seat.

It would solve Trump’s Sessions problem and solve the Roy Moore problem.

Plus have the added advantage of watching liberals heads explode lol.

bro he was chief justice of the alabama supreme court. And he was often in the news for the role.

they could have come out 2-3 months ago when he announce his candidiacy and before it was too late for him to drop out and have a democrat run unopposed. But i guess it wasn't important until we crossed that line.

See though Alabama or any state for that matter just becomes more local regretfully. Honestly I don't know how many people think about voting judges in. I recall hearing about him only because the idiot and that would be for any side that tied to do this, put the 10 commandments in the United States government. Our country was partly founded in RESPONSE to religious over reach, so that was just dumb, I digress, if not for that it would have just been local to that state. Running for Senate, especially the United States Senate is a long tenure and truly effects the creation of laws, I do believe that's what's driving that part of it. I am sure there's as I've said in other threads political motivations on the right and the left. So you know, the usual.
