I just give the stats. Far more arrested nearly 1 out of 4 across the entire US of A come from Texas. The reason that they are not newsworthy is the relative calm and the incredible safety you get from a state that doesn't actively oppose their work.

That link backs up numbers I never disputed, its the assertation that these numbers are higher in border states you mentioned, because the local officials cooperate there. I think its because there are more undocumented people there. I do not have a link, just logical to me.

Those operations aren't leading in the news because state and local officials WANT them to be there. Businesses support ICE arresting illegals. The state's population generally supports ICE arresting illegals.

It's the Democrats in blue states and Leftists everywhere that are opposed to ICE doing ANYTHING about illegal immigrants / aliens in the US. The MSM is, seemingly, all-in on supporting that narrative and portraying ICE and CBP as jack booted thugs rather than law enforcement arresting and removing criminals from the country--which is what they are doing.
 
A police force that covers its faces is up to no good. They know they are going to do wrong and are trying not to pay for what they are going to do. I was surprised when they started out and their first actions were breaking car windows out. That is not how you start. Their plans are to step over lines. and of course, defy you to do anything about it. How far will they go? We do not know, but Trump is expanding his own personal army again. Ice does not respect the law or police norms. They are part of the Trump show. He is still doing TV for his audience. It works on his people as responses here show.
