He was denied a jury trial in the James case and got a bench trial where a single judge, not a jury, a single--by his own admission, Trump hating judge--rendered a verdict. That same judge denied Trump witnesses and used land values that were pure fantasy he made up on his own. A total sham of a trial.

In the criminal case, Bragg had to twist NY state law into a pretzel with legal reasoning never seen for that statute before to bring the case.

In the case of what's-her-name, the state of NY changed the statute to give her a 1-year window to get past the statute of limitations so the case could be brought. No amount of dissembling on your part will persuade me that the state--who's politicians HATE Trump with a capital HATE--didn't target that change in state law for that one year which then reverted to the previous law just to get Trump. They did, end of story.
