But to answer your question. Tolerance means, literally, to tolerate something you don't believe in or disagree with. So if I mock something, like Dixie's asinine right wing beliefs or I mock the foul stench that drifts south to Ohio from up north that's ok, as long as I tolerate Dixie's right to have those asinine beliefs or I tolerate michigan's right to smell like a rotting carcass, then I am practicing "tolerance".

There wasn't a single Founding father that was an anarchist and, as has all ready been demonstrated, modern libertarians are anarchist. Our founding fathers were the first liberals....hell they were radical revolutionaries. Get over it dude. No body wants an anarchist in office.

apart from your application of a similar title, how do you account for the fact that the modern liberals have nothing else in common with the founding fathers?.......

I will give you one glaring difference between them......our founding fathers were so opposed to a powerful central government that they risked their lives and property to separate themselves from it.......modern liberals would lie, cheat and obviously disparage the reputation of the founding fathers just for the chance to make government bigger.....
