If only you clowns knew that sometimes you have to invest money to make money. You guys are so into state spending this should all be a breeze for you.

Trump said it was being built on many occasions. he lied. There is some wall and fence repair that was started by Obama. Trump declares that is wall being built by him.

I think he said much of the Wall has already been fully renovated or built, to be more explicit. There is no reason to lie and pretend he didn't say "renovation" as well.
 
He threw the wall idea offhand and the deplorables ate it up. Now it's his brand. So both sides are tied to it's demise or success. We can't talk about border security needs
because it's all tied to the "wall" concept, thanks to the orange imbecile. Repukes just mouth "open borders" as if that had anything in the fucking world to do with
the actual position of Democrats who have always funded border security in the past.
