The drugged up mentally ill vagrants being allowed to live on the streets is very created......to drive down morale and to convince the people to give up on the Constitution and to federalize the nations police being the most likely motive.

It is my position that "no cash bail" policies create an atmosphere that proves to criminals that there will be no consequences, and that is just one of the ones I mentioned here and the ones I mention here are just a few of the policies that you adhere to that ignore human nature.
Yes, I think your policies deliberately exacerbate the problems you pretend you are somehow fixing with those policies. It seems to be proven time and again as the places you hold nearly unbreakable grips on power invariably turn into crapholes full of violence.
Let's put it this way, if leftist policies created utopias we'd have several examples of utopias all over this nation. Instead they invariably turn into crapholes which they then blame on those poor people... they say things like "we didn't create urban poverty"... while they take away consequences, allow criminals to victimize store owners through laws that take away consequences for stealing "less than $1,000" at a time, call window breaking firestorms "mostly peaceful" and celebrate their "victories"...
