and here is YOUR problem. we are not a pure democracy. we are a constitutional republic that is formed to protect the rights of ALL, even the minority. if we had YOUR version of democracy, then things like slavery or suffrage could be re-instituted and there would be nothing you could do about it.

anything other than protecting the rights of ALL is tyranny and oppression, thus making you an enemy of the constitution and this country.

Based on your statement you believe gay marriage should be banned in California because it is the will of the people and the judge was wrong to overrule the will of the people..
