You can’t be that naive, the vast majority of everything Trump’s DOJ does comes from Trump, he views it as his personal SS, and the revenge is the goal regardless of legalities

The guy that discovered this has nothing to do with Trump. If Bondi indicts James you may have a point. But as you said that is a maybe.
 
Letitia is not arrested because ,well until Trump got back in office, a crime was required; I suppose now it is possible.

Not karma, retribution, the exact same thing MAGA erroneously accused of the Democrats, weaponization of the Government, on steroids. Like it always does, the right is setting precedents that will come back to haunt them

If Trump had found this I'd call it retribution. Since a private guy found it I'd call it karma.

Retribution? Trump made her put those statements and sign those papers for mortgages? How is it "retribution" when James clearly made false statements on loan agreements?

She had a better rate on her home insurance because she told them there were only 4 units in the building. When there are only 4 units insurers get a residential rate when there are 5 or more they get a higher commercial rate. She lied on her insurance application too.

The insurer would likely have to bring that case which is unlikely. On the other hand, the insurer could jack her rate sky high using that as an excuse or drop her as a customer with other insurers refusing to sell to her on the basis of potential fraud.
