Fascism rejects the Judeo-Christian concept of a transcendent moral law that stands above society. Instead, it places a mystical
focus on the immanent--the land, the people, and the collective will of the secularists.
Just as the Nazis sought to exterminate the Jews, fascism sought to eliminate the Judeo-Christian tradition from western culture.

Fascism, i.e. Leftism is associated with and is the epitome of having a large, strong CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
The LEFT is about "communal" rights and the "collective" (It Takes a Village) i.e. Hillary, with a strong central government. Both

The reason it requires tyranny is because people don't like their wealth stolen.
Indeed, fascism itself IS tyranny. It is government telling you who you can hire, who you can fire, what your product will be, your operating hours, where you can conduct business, who you must buy from, who you must sell to, etc. It must do this by force. THAT is the tyranny.
It is government telling you what kind of light bulb you can buy, what kind of toilet you can buy, what kind of car you can buy, what kind of energy you can buy,...and on...and on...and on.

Rule by choice is the teachings of Christ and God. You are free to choose, but you are NOT free of the consequences of that choice.
This is also the essence of capitalism, the only economic system that creates wealth. It is the VOLUNTARY effort of products and services for VOLUNTARY sale at the agreed upon price. It requires NO government at all to function. It is self regulating, anyone can play, and everything is by choice. Under capitalism, there is no tyranny. Price discovery and market forces are the regulating factors.
