For a short time iran had one in 2009 - until obama the dogshit chose to leave them out to dry, just as he has done to the FSA and secular rebels in syria. The weak idiot gets others to do the US' bidding - and then abandons them when the going gets tough. Instead of properly arming them with anti-aircraft weapons to take down the syrian helicopters barrel-bombing them into rubble, he sits on his fucking hands doing NOTHING. obama is a worthless, empty suit, as useless as the scum listed as ignored in my sig. The world would be a far, far better place if these people and obama left it.

ya. the so called "green revolution" when protesters demanded the removal of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad from office.
That was when the basij ran wild thru the streets and did mass shootings.

Not a freaking word -not one -from Obama -who prosecuted the "humanitarian war" against the Libyan peoples.
It was a profile in cowardice.

That was also the murder/ Death of Neda Agha-Soltan
It was the most widely viewed murder in the history of humanity, and Obama 'missed it'

I'm still pissed at him for that one -much like Libya 2011.

My cynical side tells me that obama had already decided on appeasing the iranians and trying to put a "grand bargain" into place, as if khameini and that scumbag regime could ever be trusted. By giving the regime a pass and throwing the protestors to the wolves, obama laid the foundation for his syrian red lines failings. In a way, it is america's failings for voting this turd into office, and expecting something better.
