But if I were, I'd probably post from A Coney Island of the Mind by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, which collection of poems includes one of my personal favorites (to the extent a person who is not really a poetry person can have a favorite), "The World Is a Beautiful Place." I reproduce it below while noting that this reproduction doesn't really do the poem justice because they way it appears on the written page in the original text is difficult to reproduce in this format and is, indeed, an essential quality of the poem.
