That's what I'm trying to see...what the policy was with the children before....what happened with the children that was different...they were separated initially...and then?
Are all the families and children now reunited from the Bush and Obama era...and who is caring for them? What was the outcome?
 
Trump is following the law as set down in the Flores Settlement in 1997 and then ruled on by the 9th Circuit

The children cannot be put in adult detention centers

The parents can opt to be deported and keep their kids

While we're at it, let's also use those savings from repealing the Russia Tax Cut to pay for infrastructure renewal. That way we can give immigrants and citizens jobs at the same time.

Yeah. And? That's health care. This is immigration. Two different things. And Immigration was brought up in 2011, after Conservatives took control. Conservatives refused to do anything on it, choosing to obstruct Obama instead.

How come they obstructed Obama and why didn't they work to pass immigration reform?
