Why do people say supply side economics didnt work?

Has there been a year since Reagan where the gap between the rich & the poor didn't increase?

Whats you point.....thats totally irrelevant.....

Someone else's total wealth has nothing to do with yours....Steve Jobs didn't become wealthy by taking money from you.....

It's funny that your party is supported by the billionaires and the poor alike. Does that give you a clue as to what really causes such a huge gap?

I don't have a party.

Billionaires support both parties, and more importantly, exert a huge amount of influence over our government & laws. And that will only get more impactful as they accumulate more wealth.

Wages have stagnated in the U.S. for years. Buying power is what is important. And why are you talking worldwide?

because that is how you see trickle down is working. Trickle down is designed to help the very poor and the very rich.

Americans are in the middle so it was not designed to help .

I'm sure the middle class are comforted by the fact that it wasn't supposed to help them.

of course they are a lot are still going t ovote for clinton instead of trump with america first policies right?

protectionism may be the only hting that can make a stupid thing like trickle down work. Basically rich NYers generate jobs for people in iowa instead of india.

Of course you do- the Democrat Party. So answer the question- why do the ultra rich support the Democrat Party? The answer is obvious- because, like I said at the beginning, like you, they believe that there is a finite pool of wealth that they "take" from the poor, and Democrat policies enforce that by stifling small business and investments by those who are not wealthy.

For example- social security. The working poor are forced to give up 15% of their income into this program, an "investment" of dismal if not negative return, so they are unable to invest anything into vehicles with large rates of return.

They like the donkeys because they are given 85 billion a month in addition to regulation help.
