Why do JPP lefties bristle

You don’t call anyone Marxist because you understand the word, you do it because it’s the only button you know how to mash when you’ve got nothing real to say.

Nobody’s bristling. They’re just watching you fling the same dusty label around like a toddler shaking a rattle and thinking it’s a power move.

If you ever manage an argument that isn’t a buzzword on autopilot, that would be the real surprise.
 
So nobody on the left can tell me why they dislike it when I call them marxists? They always seem to complain about it. Tell me how your beliefs differ from that of Marx? You all complain about capitalism. To a person you praise Mandami an avowed communist. Even his plan to have the government run a grocery store.

So what exactly is the problem?

If you want me to stop calling you marxists then give me a rationale for doing so. I am a magnanimous person but it can’t be “because I don’t like it”

This is a discussion board for people who are old enough. Sorry if we don't deal in fairy tales at this age. Maybe learn what Democrats really are instead of pulling out archaic boogeyman terms. Or you can live in fear and pout about Marxists.
 
Not one JPP member on the left that complains about being a marxist can explain why they should not be called such. Why they consider it a slander.

Until they can do so in a coherent way with more than "don't do it" the name stands.

So let it be written, so let it be done.
