You cannot have that bad a misunderstanding, can you? Pence and Bidin mislaid documents. They did not know they had them. Trump deliberately stole a truckload of them. When Biden and Pence were told they had documents, they cooperated 100 percent and immediately turned them over. Trump hid them and fought turning them over for longer than a year. He lied to the FBI and archives while hiding some of them when the FBI came to retrieve them. Trump still has classified documents. Daffy Donald was actively stealing documents and using them for unknown reasons, which can only be bad. If you want to make yourself look like a crazy righty, you have found a good way.

Sure but prosecutorial discretion is a thing as you have seen with Pence and that is the norm for top governmental officials who return the items when asked.

Trump did not, so he goes beyond possession to a much more serious crime which the norm is that no one goes uncharged. Obstruction of Justice, espionage act and other more serious crimes that Trump and Trump alone may be prosecuted for.

Ya I saw that also, There is really only one thing that means anything to him and he would use the secret document he stole for that end.
 
There has been no one in government in my lifetime that was at the scum level of Trump, He is the lowest form of humanity , he literally is a traitor to this country and so are his supporters. I'll live long enough to do my patriotic duty and spit on as many of their graves as possible. Many patriots will be doing that, not just me. Spitting and pissing on their graves are both acceptable.

That would not explain him stealing a truckload of classified documents.
