Why did Russia hacking alter America's election outcome but not France's?

It's ridiculous. If Russia only had to influence the popular vote at least their problems would be somewhat manageable. But the electoral college throws a wrench in the works.

Think about that: Russia supposedly did what Hillary and scores of other second place finishers couldn't do over the last two centuries---score an electoral victory in the general election.

You have to drink some serious punch to believe that.

Because the French right prioritized France over their political fortunes, while the American right was so desperate for power they'd even hang their coats on an absolute traitor. There was no "republican front" in America. The right lined up behind the fascist and welcome in the Vichy America occupation regime on a red carpet. The right can *never* be trusted again.

How do you know what any alterations were? The fact is that the hackings could mean nothing, or something. They also could have altered France and not the USA.
