I posted a thread giving another black person's view about Ray Lewis. And I also criticized constant references to the black on black violence meme but never even a syllable about white on white, Hispanic on Hispanic, Asian on Asian, etc. violence. Maybe you can explain it.

Why don't you clear it up once and for all, do you or do you not agree with the article that one should not say black on black violence. Your posts in that thread sure seem to say so, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt to clear it up.

I think it's okay to say black on black violence as long as every other type of violence is also referred to in race or nationality terms.

Maybe people don't want to. Why are you okay with Black Lives Matter, but not White Lives Matter? I have not once seen you say that people should not say BLM unless they say all lives matter, in fact, you said quite the opposite if I recall correctly.

Seems contrary.

While christie will say she's OK with posting black on black violence numbers as long as other groups's numbers are posted, would she be OK if a group called White Lives Matter existed or would she, and others, call it racist?

Why should anyone want to be forced to help someone that caused their own problems?

Not wanting to be forced to help someone doesn't violate their rights. They don't have a right to the help if they caused their own problems.

If White Lives Matter was formed around the same issues as Black Lives Matter, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Black White Lives Matter (B) WLM is an international activist movement, originating in the African-American Caucasian community, that campaigns against violence toward black white people. (B) WLM regularly organizes protests around the deaths of black white people in killings by law enforcement officers, and broader issues of racial profiling, police brutality, and racial inequality in the United States criminal justice system.

Why does it have to be the same? How about WET? Or a white student union? I have Pacific Islander club at my school and I enjoy it.

Why can't anyone else's lives matter (in a 'movement') unless they experience supposedly the same things?
