Why are there no prosecutions?

Biden was not pardoned. Several others you claimed committed crimes were not pardoned.
Again, a special prosecutor has already said that while Biden may be guilty (may), that he turned down prosecuting him because he would be "seen as a nice old man with a poor memory"...

So, you are asking "why" to a question that already has an answer.

As far as "several others"... you need to be more specific. Names, what crimes you think they should have been prosecuted for, etc. ... at this point, you are playing "gotcha" with a spent hand.

That's a lame excuse. This is why most Americans don't trust politicians and the rich; a crime is a crime. If a crime was committed, it should be prosecuted. It's the sentencing where leniency can be shown, but crimes still should be prosecuted.

As it is, politicians give each other a free pass to commit crimes. Bill Clinton's crimes, GW Bush's crimes, Trump's crimes and Biden's crimes. If there's a crime, it should be prosecuted. Otherwise the law means nothing.

And yet the folks that stretched crimes that someone had never been charged for or found guilty of over a soggy old misdemeanor that had passed the statute of limitations in order to resurrect it from the dead... (Jury instructions included, "If you feel he could be guilty of any of these three crimes that he's never been charged for then you can find him guilty of this one"... )... Folks who have done that were in near prolapse when folks suggested that Hillary should be prosecuted for violating laws that exposed our nations secrets. It would be a "banana republic" was stated myriad times.

Did you speak out then? (This is an honest question, you weren't a member here).

I believe that when the crime is real, when they don't have to stretch possible crimes and "feel like could be guilty" over an old stale crime, we should prosecute to show that nobody is "above the law" I said it back then, would say it now... It's not the party for me, it is the position. We need to hold those folks to a far higher standard and stop giving them a pass. And we certainly should not allow the system to be used suspiciously like it was in NYC. But hey... I'm just one guy, and the left is only on my side when they think a republican might be convicted.

Yes, I felt Hillary should have been prosecuted for using an unsecure system to intentionally pass classified material and have stated so on JPP even though it was after the fact. Comey didn't give her a free pass. No doubt he acted upon the orders/suggestions of the AG, he said there wasn't enough evidence to convict. That doesn't stop Congress from censuring her for the violations or taking other punitive actions. The lack of evidence is why Trump failed to "lock her up", but there was certainly enough evidence to strip her of her security clearances, censure her and whatever else was within the powers of the Executive and Legislative branches.

She got a pass and then Trump got a pass. The rich and powerful live under different laws and protections than you or I do. IMO, this is W-R-O-N-G. It's unAmerican since it creates a two-tier level of citizenship. One set of laws for them and one set of laws for the rest of us. Do you agree?

Biden is not being prosecuted because there is no crime. The Felon committed quite a few crimes, most he got away with because he is above the law at some level.

You are blind to the reality.

Former President Donald Trump has publicly accused General Mark Milley, the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, of actions he deemed criminal. In September 2023, Trump suggested that Milley's communications with Chinese officials following the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack were treasonous and warranted execution. Trump stated that Milley's actions were "so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!"

General Mark Milley was not pardoned.

That prosecutor was a Trumpy who was doing his real job, attacking Biden to help Trump get elected. That kind of writing is not part of an investigation. It was a shameful act that fooled the rightys, like you.
