Yes...during the mid-19th century...scumbag American conservatives were part of the Democratic Party...the party of slavery and Jim Crow...the disgusting party.

Then, during the 1960's, the scumbag American conservatives realized that the Democratic Party had abandoned being the party of slavery, Jim Crow, hatred of "others"...and they went, in almost full force, to the Republican Party. Now, the scumbag American conservatives are part of the Republican Party.

The Democrats have always been socialists since at least the election of the racist Woodrow Wilson who resegregated the civil service, rebirthed the KKK, amended the Constitution to confiscate workers' pay, and created the Federal Reserve and fiat currency.

Interesting, now we Wilson giving birth to the KKK, which most thought it was Griffin’s “Birth of a Nation,” and confiscating workers pay, and creating a Federal Reserve, although the later both done in/thru a Republican Congress, in fact, the Income Tax authored by Republican Senators
