No, the conservatives are letting others represent them simply because of their refusal to acknowledge other voices, and a long, long history of simply voting as one with their leadership. They have abandoned responsibility by letting that same leadership ride on the coattails of a racist, corrupt asshole like trump, who spent four long years lying to them, and using his office to put the legal means in place to avoid prosecution of his actions. Bc that same leadership let wastes of life like Gaetz and Greene attain office, who in turn spent all of their time pandering to the once-hidden insane groups on the far right. WHICH BROUGHT US THE DUMBASS IN THE PICKUP TRUCK WAVING A FLAG (illegally), MISQUOTING THE BIBLE, AND CHERRY-PICKING HISTORY TO SERVE THEIR OWN NEEDS.

Conservatives are not the ones who have opened the border and given more privileges to those here illegally than to citizens. They are also not the ones who for many years have said "SHUT UP AND DIE!" to all those who object to what the Revolution does.

I have no affection for Middle American conservatives, for the most part, but they do prove a point.

People are uncomfortable with diversity.

We have no entitlement to be comfortable every minute of every day, and everybody is entitled to equal status under the law. Segregation precludes that and is untenable and immoral.

Nevertheless, the fact that birds of a feather prefer flocking together is undeniable.

Yet it's denied every minute of every day by people who WANT things to be different and desperately wish that they were.
