She never reported it to the local authorities to substantiate that a crime occurred. It made a difference in the credibility of her story to normal, fair-minded people who believe the presumption of innocence is one of the bedrocks of our rights. You don't believe it matters, so you can fuck off.

You’re the only one to respond with an answer since I’ve been posing the question on every Susan Collins thread...and the answer that you gave I feel is pretty accurate but not many are willing to talk about it or admit it. I certainly haven’t seen any of the MSM channels that I watch address it....but admittedly I don’t watch 24/7 either. I’d rather watch reruns of Family Feud.
