I didn't say legislation wasn't passed during Johnson's time. I addressed the type of legislation passed during his administration. Much of it was nothing more than social welfare programs that, as of today, have WASTED $22 trillion trying to solve a problem using money that isn't caused by a lack of money.

Expecting people to do for themselves what they should be doing for themselves doesn't make my heart shitty.
