Question for those who know the law, if he’s arrested, does this jeopardize his pardon?
Pardons can't be revoked.
There is a question as to whether his crimes he was pardoned for can be used against him in sentencing for any future crimes.

Yes, it must be sourced, thank you
THE HOUSE CANNOT FILE CHARGES ON US CIVILIANS....
It has nothing to do with floating my boat, you took the document from a source, it must be posted, read rule #5. Thank youWhatever floats your boat. Then all the left does is refute sources anyway when they ARE given. Whatever.

Just follow the rules, thanksAgain. Whatever.
The house is a little late acquiring balls. They should have pursued criminal charges on others previously as well.
Better late than never, I suppose.
Lol, then let it go and follow the rules you agreed to when you signed up. Thank youAnything else? Or is this just an OCD moment? I posted a link. It's over.

“Stretch” didn’t really post a link but it is irrelevant, what he is implying is correct, all of this will be litigated forever, delayed, postponed, appealed, etc., strategy being to hold on till next November anticipating the GOP will take back the House and little Jimmy Jordan will turn into an “investigation” on Hunter Biden
Steve Bannon has a choice to make today: Either he appears for a deposition as ordered by House committee investigating the Capitol riot, or the panel will immediately pursue criminal contempt charges against him. CNN reports the committee is getting ready to seek a referral for criminal contempt as soon as the ex-Trump adviser’s subpoena deadline expires later today. Bannon’s lawyer made clear in a letter Wednesday that his client has absolutely no intention of giving testimony or handing documents to the committee until a ruling is made over whether former President Donald Trump can assert executive privilege to prevent witnesses from speaking to the panel. CNN’s sources said the committee would take the initial steps to send a referral to the Department of Justice within hours of Thursday’s deadline. Three other Trump administration officials face subpoena deadlines this week.

NICE!!

No. A pardon is forever. You can't go back and re-imprison him for something he was pardoned for simply because he gets arrested for contempt of Congress while courts make rulings on executive privilege. Though it is very unlikely he'll be arrested for that while such decisions are litigated.
For a legal PDF??????????? LOL
