How to you feel now as the hearing is taking place?


It would be very unusual for a judge to reject such a plea.
 
They know for a fact that the judge will reject the plea deal. When she does not, it is an evil left-wing plot perpetrated by a Trump-appointed judge.

True. But most defendants don't get a sweet heart deal like Hunter and their lawyer don't lie to the court clerk to get damaging information removed. So we shall see what happens. I would not be surprised to see the judge delay a decision.

It was a very normal plea offer for what he was charged with as a reformed drug addict who admits his crimes and pays the money due.

This thing has already gone for over 90 minutes today for a usually 15 minute procedure. The problem is Hunter was not CHARGED with the crimes he did.

Why do you say he is not charged with the crimes he did?

Its going on because House Republicans filed documents last night that the Judge is taking time to address even though they are silly.

Hunters team cried when they learned a a future charge for him not registering as a foreign agent is not part of this plea agreement

Fix, Government out to get them, they’d have to “investigate” the Judge, surely they could find some Court employee they could pass off as a whistleblower

Sure they do, how many times has a first offender faced Jury trials for first time tax problems or gun possession?
