Who is responsible for Trump rally riots?

They get their moment of clarity..this isn't campaigning anymore; this is governing, and the POTUS is head of government and the nation.
Absent a 'Manchurian Candidate', they act and think for the good of the nation

Yes they have all kinds of institutional advisors, plus dept heads like the CIA and Joint Chiefs .
And the WH has it's own National Security Council that's set up to advocate and filter for the president..

So it's not "Trump's finger on the button" like he does with his tweets.

But reversing what the liberals have been suggesting; they must believe that if Hillary is elected, she'll make all decisions without consulting anyone and that's because as a liberal, she KNOWS what's best for EVERYONE.

There is no justification for this violence. That Move On is inciting riots and not being prosecuted for it is outrageous.

I'm not terribly certain about a lot of things when it comes to Trump, but one thing I'm reasonably sure of his he'll be a different person if does get to the Oval Office. Just about everyone campaigns different in the primary than they do the general; the next step after that is the change after they get elected.

He's already moderated some, granted, by Trump standards lol. If and when he's in the oval orifice I'm confident he'll be a different animal than he is now. There won't be any lying Teds, crooked Hillary or little Marco's in his way. And hell, to hear a president talk to congress like a dog might even be helpful lol. Somebody needs to.

The problem with Trump is that he has always been in charge. I think he has been the CEO from when he got his dad's money. While that might be an attribute, if you look at Trump's comments for the past 20 or so years, he clearly doesn't listen to people and he clearly believes he, alone, is in charge.

His comment about his wives and women in general was absolutely disgusting. He claimed to make his wives "stars" and then he gets bored when they reach stardom. I posted a thread on his comments. To me, that is not someone who thinks he needs to listen to others or who thinks others are valuable. To me, that comment means he thinks he is god. I do think he will mellow if he is elected, as my earlier post noted, but, I am not sure how mellow or predictable he will become. I don't think he will nuke a country or be a dictator, but I don't think he will be a good US President.

I'm glad he has fractured the GOP and the effect seems to be flowing over to the Dems, especially with Bernie, but I don't want that guy as president.

I agree that he will always be in charge of whatever he chose to involve himself in. That's leadership and a beneficial characteristic.
I do not agree that he does not listen and his campaign is proof of that. But so is his business career. He sees that he has talented people supporting him and because of it he knows that they won't tell him 'no' unless they have the analysis to back it up. You simply cannot work in that field and be successful on your own.

Back to the campaign, we have seen glimpses of him finding experts and reaching out to them in areas outside his expertise. A. He found out who to talk to b. He demonstrated to them it was not a waste of their time to sit down with him.

This is how it's done and why he has accomplishments while his opponents do not.

Well, who do you want out of the two lol? Realistically, it's Trump or Hillary and to me it's a no-brainer.
