Here’s what I’m trying to spell out to you, dumbfuck. What the mayor says in a press conference before all evidence is out is fucking irrelevant. At trial, something like that won’t even be mentioned.

The pattern is this.
MAGATs who support Trump and his fascist tactics are going to ignore the evidence. They will claim obstruction, make their “shoulda/woulda/coulda” bullshit arguments, villify the victim, on and on.
Reasonable people will see the evidence for what it is. ICE goons, once again, overstepping their authority and unnecessarily escalating a non-hostile situation against a US citizen. We’ve seen it time and again.
Hopefully, the jury won’t be comprised of any MAGATs and justice will prevail.

When I was practicing I liked listening to the sales pitch or salesmen that had competing medications. Salesmen for medication A would tell you the problems of medication B. And salesmen for medication B would tell you all the problems with medication A. By listening to both sides you could be better informed.

Given actual evidence -- video, autopsy results, eyewitness accounts, the killer's own video, etc. -- I suspect that even a MAGAT juror will not acquit. Personally I *want* some MAGATs on the jury so the rest of the fascist thug-supporting crybabies can't claim that it wasn't a fair trial.
