Who is grilling for the 4th?

I went to the zoo with my adult children, and had some beer and enjoyed myself immensely. For once I didn't cook a brisket for Independence Day (the 4th is not the holiday, Independence day is... we don't celebrate the 25th of December, we celebrate Christmas...)

We grill out on the 4th,....of course we also grill out almost every other day may thru October! :ROFLMAO: Not THAT much,...but normally 2-3 times a week in those months. Never anything that takes too much work though,....I wanna enjoy the time not slave away on a grill so we go easy, nothing fancy. Burgers, Brats, lots of Chicken, steak, kabobs, corn, and once in awhile some baked potato bombers and regular baked potato to go with the steaks. keep it simple and fun.....

EVERYONE loves my simple grilled chicken. I do either breasts or thighs,...or sometimes a mixture of both. I marinade the cluck cluck for 6 hours or so in a good Italian dressing with a dash of soy sauce mixed in. Might sound weird but..........before I marinade the chicken I season it with some KICKIN CHICKEN then drop it in the mix. Here's what makes it GREAT though.....as I'm grilling the chicken I am also brushing on at least one coat per side of Heinz 57 sauce which can be used on many different meats. I let that 57 get the meat a little barked up before taking it off. Gotta have some BARK! Wayyyyyyyyy good.
